If anyone was curious about the recommendations covered in the book, here they are, by chapter (I'm bored at work, and simply need something to take up my time) - page numbers are approximate and taken from the raw manuscript, which may be way off in terms of final count:

Introduction (17 pages):

a) Short History/Prominent Players (3)
b) Why Play the Kalashnikov? (1)
c) Discussion of pawn structures and common positional/tactical themes (11)
d) First Moves/Organization of Book (1)
e) Last Notes About the Book (how to use it and study it, my thoughts on repertoire choices, etc.) (1)

Kalashnikov (216 pages):

1. 6.N1c3 a6 7.Na3 Be7 8.Nc4! Main Lines, with a very short overview of the older 7...b5 (32 pages)
2. 6.N1c3 a6 7.Na3 Be7 - Other 8th Moves like 8.Nd5, 8.Bd3, etc. (25 pages)
3. 6.c4 Be7 7.N1c3 a6 8.Na3, covering 8...f5, 8...Be6, and the move order with 8...Nf6 (51 pages)
4. 6.c4 Be7 7.Be2, covering both 7...Nf6 and 7...f5 (18 pages)
5. 6.c4 Be7 7.b3, covering both 7...Nf6 and 7...f5 (18 pages)
6. 6.c4 Be7 - Everything else, examining both 7.Bd3 a6 and 7.Bd3 Nf6 (20 pages)
7. White's Other 6th Moves (6.Bc4, 6.a4, 6.Be3, etc) (24 pages)
8. Other Knight Hops on Move 5 (29 pages)

Anti-Sicilians (175 pages):

9. The Anti-Kalashnikov - 3.Nc3 e5 (17 pages)
10. The Rossolimo - 3.Bb5 Nf6!? (37 pages)
11. The Alapin - 2.c3 Nf6, heading straight down the ...d6/...d5 main lines (25 pages)
12. The Closed - examining ...g6 with ...e5 systems (28 pages)
13. The GPA and Related Systems - Recommending 5.Bb5 Nd4 6.O-O e6!? and 5.Bc4 e6 6.f5 exf5!?  (36 pages)
14. White's Other Second Moves (2.a3, 2.b4, 2.Ne2, 2.b3/g3, etc.) (33 pages)

Please let me know if there are any more detailed questions.  ;)

Looking forward to it Tony.

I have a question about a line in the Rossolimo. Had a game on RHP a few years ago against a 2300+ player.

He played a line NOT in Richard Palliser's 3.Bb5 book, but seems to give White interesting play?

1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bb5 Nf6 4.Nc3 Qc7 5.0-0 Nd4 6.Re1 a6 7.Bc4 Ng4 8.Bxf7+!? not in Richard Palliser's book and haven't found much on it. (not looked to hard to be honest). Kxf7 (forced)  9.Nd5 Qd6 10.Ng5+ Kg8 11.Qxg4

Have you seen this and how would you evaluate this position for Black? Reckon it's okay for Black but will have to play accurately to equalise.
