How do you guys play the London?
I'm just curious, how do KID players play against the London.  what set-up do you use and where do you place your Nb8 and do you play e5 or c5?

1.d4,Nf6 2.d5?
Looks stupid, right?  Well, after about a half-dozen tries, I'm still unable to figure out how to get an advantage coming out of the opening against this nonsense.  Any suggestions?

Move-order and Averbakh variation
Hello !
I have noticed that, usually, when some White player wants to get an Averbakh against the King's Indian, he starts with 5. Be2 rather than 5. Nf3.
Is there any good reason for this ?...
