Is there a good (fairly recent) book about the Gambit line 1.e4 e5 2.Nc3 Nc6 3.f4? I suppose that the "Modern Vienna" by Ovetchkin and Soloviov (Chess Stars) goes with 3.Bc4 only, or is there coverage...
