I too am interested to know what Plaskett recommends against this plan. Specifically, what does Plaskett cover against 2...h6 3 Bh4 c6, the line recommended for Black by almost every source? Does he cover 4 Nc3 which I think may be White's best move?

If it's about 1. d4 d5 2. Bg5, Plaskett better have some new ideas against the c6/Qb6 plan.

I was browsing the various publisher's sites yesterday when I came across this new(?) book from Batsford:

Queen's Bishop Attack Revealed

Now I know we had an extensive thread on the original title of this book (Queen's Pawn Atack) but it looks like the pawn of the title has metamorphosed into a bishop!  Even the picture of the cover now says "Bishop".

I've reproduced the blurb below but it seems to be the same as for the previous book with the obvious word change.

So, is this the long-awaited book on the Levitsky Attack (I prefer Hodgson Attack but then I am English!), 1.d4 d5  2. Bg5!?  Does anyone have any further info?

Note, release date is 30th June, I hope it's better than most of Plaskett's previous works.
