h5 is good plan after short castling for White.
I have recorded the idea after 10.oo h5!? with following moves 11.c3 h4 12.Ne2 b6 13.Nf4 Bb7  Wohl-Barua;Torquay 2002 (Psakhis)
Best plan I have for White is a kingside fianchetto.

Hi,

I think 12...h5 would be my first choice - blocking h5-square, having the option of playing h4 (if white hinders it (13.h4) he is weakening his king). Then I would follow with Nc6, Bd7 and see if I keep my King where it is or castle - hopefully I am not crushed in the meantime with some sac. Perhaps Nd7 - Nf6 - Ng4 (if white has played h4) is also an idea

12...Nc6 followed by Bd7 and 0-0-0 also looks playable - on Nh5 I have to play Rg8 then, cause Ng7 check is annoying.

In the e-book GM McDonald gives 10.dc5 a "?!" and says: "After the liquidation of his last centre pawn White finds he has no way to put pressure on the black centre"

Hi guys!
Today I played  as black 3.nc3 dxe4 4.nxe4 nf6 5.bg5 be7 6.bxf6 gxf6 7.nf3 a6 8.bd3 f5 9.ng3 c5 10.dxc5 qa5+ 11.c3 qxc4
Now my opponent played the (to me at least) unknown 12.0-0, whica isn't present in my databases (i mean in relevant games).

I went immediately "wrong" with 12...b6 (although of course this wasn't the cause of my loss), but I guess 12...h5 is the best move here, messing the white pieces up before he can oranize with re1, qe2 , rd1 and sac on f5 (or e6 after bc4).
What do you think??
