In this position after 11...Be7

Adams and Efimenko also played h3 and Efimenko tried Nfd4 so it looks that nothing is wrong with h3 and with 10...Nxb3 too. If Short played this move probably it's OK.

I suppose that Nfd4 is better then Nbd4 because it prevents pin with Bg4 and keeps control of the important c5 square.

Okay I thought in the line 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bb5 a6 4. Ba4 Nf6 5. 0-0 Nxe4 6. d4 b5 7. Bb3 d5 8. dxe5 Be6 9. Nbd2 Nc5 10. c3 Nxb3 was suppossed to a huge mistake. Yet it was played in Corus B Group today by Reinderman. http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1531946

Yet Motylev does not respond with what seems best after 11. Nxb3 Be7 12. he plays h3?! instead of the more natural Nbd4.
