Unless Black can figure out a way to castle Queenside, White just castles Queenside and uses a pawn roller on the Kingside to win material. Maybe Black can avoid the loss of a piece but I don't see how.

Black can simplify into a position where White has two deadly Bishops for the Rook.

1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 d6 3. d4 exd4 4. Nxd4 Be7 5. Nc3 Nf6 6. Bf4 Nbd7 7. Qd2 O-O 8.O-O-O Nc5 9. f3 Nfd7 10. Be3 Bf6 11. g4 Bxd4 12. Bxd4 b6 13. h4 Bb7 14. g5 Ne5 15. Be2 f5 16. f4 * +-

Black probably should play a gambit to hold the position:

1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 d6 3. d4 Bg4 4. dxe5 Nc6 5. exd6 Nf6 6. Bb5 Bxd6 7. h3 Bxf3 8.Qxf3 O-O 9. Bxc6 bxc6 10. Nc3 Rb8 11. O-O Be5 12. Rd1 Qe7 13. b3 Rfe8 14. Bb2 Qf8 15. Re1 Re6 16. Rad1 Qe7 17. Qe3 c5 18. Qd2 c6 19. Ba3 Bxc3 20. Qxc3 Nxe4 21. Qc4 Ng5 22. Rxe6 Nxe6 *  The Knight on e6 is adequate compensation for the busted pawn structure, but it is tricky.
