I see Your point, but there is a problem with Your move order:

After 10.Nc3 Qc7 (10. - e6 11.d5! again) 11.Bd3! (White exchanges the light squared bishop to weaken e6) 11. - Bxd3 12. Qxd3 e6 (what else?) and now 13. d5 seems strong again.

do you mean 10 Nc3 h6 (not e6) and then 11.d5!, right? At least this is my move order.
The point is that here you have moves that were not possible in your original analysis, e.g., 11....Bc5 and
11...e5 as played in same of the games in previous post.
I am not saying that this refutes 11. d5! but might be worth analising.

Hi everybody!
I really love the Alekhine Defence, but the following line gives me a headache:
1.e4 Nf6 2.e5 Nd5 3.d4 d6 4.Nf3 dxe5 5.Nxe5 c6 6.Be2 Bf5 7.O-O Nd7 8.Nf3 h6 9.c4 and now Nb4 seems very dangerous because of 10.Nc3 Nc2 11.Rb1 Nb4 12.Be3! Bxb1 13.Qxb1 Black has the exchange, but e6 14.a3 Na6 15.d5! and Black is in trouble.
Therefore I prefer 9. - N5f6, but again 10.d5 seems very strong. I played 10. - e5 11.dxe6 ep fxe6 twice and both games ended in a draw, but the position looks a bit suspicious.
Anyone with experience in these lines?

Perhaps you could try a slightly diferent move order

1.e4 Nf6 2.e5 Nd5 3.d4 d6 4.Nf3 dxe5 5.Nxe5 c6 6.Be2 Bf5 7.O-O Nd7 8.Nf3 e6 9.c4 N5f6 10 Nc3
and now 10...h6 (to give a fleeing place for the bishop) instead of the "recommended"10...Bd6  (we can obtain this position by using your move order 8...h6 9.c4 N5f6 10.Nc3 e6 - instead of 10 - d5))
Of course, now you can still play the "delayed" 11.d5 but now, besides taking the pawn on d5, Black can also play 11...e5 (and now White cannot play dxe6) or
11...Bc5. All of these moves are worth analising
although I think White is still +/=.

Also, it would be nice to see a more concrete evaluation after the "recommended" 10..Bd6

Below there are a few ICCF games on the position you mentioned and also with the move order I mentioned

Reply #33 and #35 should be very relevant.

I know it's not forced, but I don't like 8. - e6 and I don't know anything about 8. - Qc7. Where can I find something about the queenmove?

8...h6 is not forced. You can play 8...e6 or 8...Qc7!? which was discussed somewhere in the forum.
