Yeah, but White is supposed to be slightly better in the Dragadorf. I doubt this is a 'refutation' but it is unsurprising that White is getting an edge vs. the Dragadorf. Here are some lines for Black, though White is a bit better.

8 Nd7 can be met by 9 0-0-0 anyway since b5 is answered by Bf3 when computer thinks white is better.
Computer also suggest that 9 pawn to f3  is even better thhan 9 0-0-0 giving white a small edge (+0.6 2at depth 28).

I think Black usually tries ...Nbd7 in the Dragadorf. Maybe 8... Nbd7?
