QGD move order.
Which move order is better:d4 d5 c4 e6 Nc3 Be7 or d4 d5 c4 e6 Nc3 Nf6?Last games were played by Be7.What's wrong with Nf6?3...Be7 allows 4 Bf4, which is quite dangerous.

Avrukh's book
He recommends to play 1.d4 d5 2.c4 c6 3.Nf3 Nf6 4.e3 e6. But he also recommends 1.d4 d5 2.c4 e6 3.Nf3 Nf6 4.g3 and I could not find any thought given to 4...c6
