Any opinions on "The Benko Gambit: Move by Move"?
I have almost all books about the Benko and wonder if this one is a good addition, or more suited for starters with the Benko.

Chance of Benko via 1.d4 Nf6 compared to 1.d4 c5?
Does one have more chance of reaching a Benko via 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 c5 3.d5 b5 or via 1.d4 c5 2.d5 Nf6 3.c4 b5 (at amateur-level, ca. 1650-1950)?
