On a rapid tournament in Czechia, I faced twice this move order: 1. f4-d5 2.Nf3-Nc6

Except Taylor's book, could someone recommend another book about Bird's opening. About twenty years ago, I read a book called "Holländisch bis Bird Eröffnung" written by Taimanov but I did not find it...
