I am looking for good Bogo-Indian explanatory material: books, CDs, etc. I am thinking of playing the Nimzo and Bogo against 1 d4.

Wanted to know if anyone is aware of any new Bogo Indian book. There are not that many. Opening for black was not detailed enough and the Gambit book is old now.
