Caro, 6.Nge2 Be7!?
Recently, I played a game when I faced: 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.e5 (I started playing this about 1 month ago) Bf5 4.Nc3 e6 5.g4 Bg6 6.Nge2 Be7!?
After this move I was completely flabbergast...

Caro-Kann Advance with 4...h5!?
I am interested in the line 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.e5 Bf5 4.Nc3 h5!?. The normal move is of course 4...e6 with 5.g4, and a kingside pawn storm to follow. This move 4...h5!? seems to stop Whit...

Caro Kann Best reply to this line?
Black seems to die far to often when faced with this line.

What do you guys think of this line?
e4 c6 d4 d5 e5 Bf5 c4!?
may lead to dxc4 Bxc4 e6 with ideas of Nc3 Be3 0-0, and Nge2-Nf4 for white.
do this line present any challenge to the caro.<...

caro Advanced Ne2 h5
What do you think of the line 1. e4 c6 2, d4 d5 3, e5 Bf5 4. Ne2 h5 the point being 5. Ng3 Bg4 and if now 6. f3 possibly 6...h4 but I prefer 6...Bd7 and White has messed up his position. If he plays <...

Caro Two Knights
It seems to me that the line 1.e4 c6 2.Nc3 d5 3.Nf3 is underrated. Why is this line so unpopular? Can black really gain equality so quickly?

and now 6.c3 is ...

Play the CK main line like Bareev!
I wonder if i should start to play the CK main line like Bareev, with 0-0 and not 0-0-0, Anand and Dreev play like this too!
But i have seen some games where black got killed by an early g4-g5!<b...
