After 1 d4 d5 2 Nf3 Nf6 3 e3, what does Richard Palliser recommend against 3...c5 in Starting Out: The Colle. Does he think White can gain an advantage against 3...c5?

Simple Anti-Colle

New ...a5 & ...a4 plan in the Yusupov Colle
Just played a game as follows, had hopes of still having some play after neutralizing White's K-side build up but looks like White has a forced draw now.

Looking for Sources on 4.e3 QID
This less heralded variation of the QID has overlaps with the Colle Zukertorte.
