What does a nimzo player do against Colle?

Simple Anti-Colle
1.d4 Nf6 2.Nf3 d5 3.e3 c6 4.Bd3 Nbd7 with 5...Qc7 and 6...e5 coming.

New ...a5 & ...a4 plan in the Yusupov Colle
Just played a game as follows, had hopes of still having some play after neutralizing White's K-side build up but looks like White has a forced draw now.

Looking for Sources on 4.e3 QID
This less heralded variation of the QID has overlaps with the Colle Zukertorte.
