Dutch vs. Veresov
What's the best way to meet the Veresov with the Dutch (2 Nc3)? Do I aim for my standard Leningrad, or is a Stonewall objectively stronger, since White can't get in c4? Others? ???

Please suggest an anti-Dutch line against "1.d4 e6 2.Nf3 f5" (I am White).
