What do QGA players play against 1.c4 ?
We know that 1.c4 paractically cant escape the QGD after the move 1...e6. (they can if they really want

QGA—Linares (3...c5)
At Linares in 1993, a whole batch of top level games went: 1.d4 d5 2.c4 dxc4 3.e4 c5 4.d5 Nf6 5.Nc3 b5 6.Bf4 Qa5.

delaying Nf6 in the QGA
Why is it that the move order 1.d4 d5 2.c4 dxc4 3.Nf3 e6 4.e3 c5 5.Bxc4 a6 is played a lot to avoid the Furman variation, but why not also to get something else instead of all that Bb3 stuff? E.g. why...
