delaying Nf6 in the QGA
Why is it that the move order 1.d4 d5 2.c4 dxc4 3.Nf3 e6 4.e3 c5 5.Bxc4 a6 is played a lot to avoid the Furman variation, but why not also to get something else instead of all that Bb3 stuff? E.g. why...
