Deffered Schiliemann
Hello!
Deferred Schiliemann is known for being dubious. But how can White take advantage of the move order 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bb5 a6 4.Ba4 f5 5.d4 exd4 6.e5 b5 7.Bb3 Bb7 (I think the move order ...

Schliemann 4. Nc3
I have read some opinions on here that the Schliemann is "virtually refuted" after 4. Nc3
While I agree that 4... fe 5. Nxe4 d5 is looking pretty dodgy these days (though tricky), I think 5...Nf6...

The Schliemann deferred as a surprise weapon?
What do you guys think of the Schliemann deferred (1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bb5 a6 4.Ba4 f5!?) as a surprise weapon, in particular if you need a win with black against the lopez?
It can't be all that ...
