1 d4 d5 2 c4 c6 3 Nf3 Nf6 4 Nc3 e6 5 Bg5
After 1 d4 d5 2 c4 c6 3 Nf3 Nf6 4 Nc3 e6, Larry Kaufman in his book "The Chess Advantage in Black and White" calls 5 Bg5 the Botvinnik System but isn't it only the Botvinnik if Black plays 5...dxc4?

1. d4 d5 2. c4 c6 3. Nf3 Nf6 4. e3 e6?!
Hi.
Someone told me that:
- Against the move order 3. Nf3 Nf6 4. Nc3 or 3. Nc3 Nf6 4. Nf3, the move 4...e6 is averagely effective. This is an usual Semi-Slav. White now has two options: 5. e...

4.b3 is very rare, but what is best against it ?
After 4...Bd6 5.g3 f5 we have an ordinary stonewall which must be better for white in my view.
