Is there any truth to the rumor that Chris will now start playing the Caro-Kann because he's too old to be playing the Dragon?  Grin  (jk- I'm 4 years older.)

Yes it was my birthday. Thanks for those who noticed although I'd rather not. Boy am I getting old!
Anyway have obviously just taken a gander at the forums and am working on the March 2003 update which will include a grab-bag. Will be with you soon.

EmbarrassedYep I'm finally here and I'd just like to take this opportunity to apologise for being so late with my updates. The last month has been hell on Earth  Crybut I won't bother you with my problems. Instead I will promise you that my December (yeah I know it sounds ridiculous as we enter February) update will be with you within a few days, the January one will follow shortly after that and I intend the February one to be with you just before the end of February! I'm just nipping off to play a couple of French league games and then I'll be back and raring to go.
Note that I'm not going to short change you although feel free to recommend to Tony sacking me!  As you've seen on the forum Eddy Dearing has kindly sent in some analysis and I will take some time to digest it and respond.
We do know that the ...Qa5 line has been suffering a bit recently although I certainly haven't given up hope.
I always welcome your opinions and I will monitor the situation here and answer all e-mail in the grab bag.
Sorry once again (I wish I was Superman!) and you can expect to hear from me a lot in the near future.
