17...Nxe5 18.f4 Nd7 19.Bxc4 Rfe8 gives white a small advantage, but should be playable.

think 16...c4 17.f4 Nd3 18.Bxd3 cxd3 19.Qxd3 Nc5 seems ok to me. 
 
This could be followed by 20. Q moves Bxc3 21.bxc3 Nxe4. 
 
Not perfect but I think black is alright. 

I looked at that - it looks acceptable. But what about -

16 .... c4
17. Be5 Be5
18.Bc4 aRc8
19.Bd3 Qf6


is there enough for black ?

Anyone any ideas ?

Ive looked at f5 and h5 and c4 and cant really convince myself that they equalise
