This is supposed to be perfectly ok for Black. Your question has been answered by Ruslan in another post: "Weird move in QGA" . Have a look.

Hmm ... well it probably isn't a *bad* move as such, it is just that it blocks the position up too much for  most people's tastes and allows Black a pretty smooth development.  That's just general impressions though, it is still certainly open to analysis!
  

If sometimes we fly too close to the sun, at least this shows we are spreading our wings.

I have run across this move uncountable times, and every time I seem to try something new. 

To my knowledge, I have been unable to locate any information on this sideline anywhere, and would be most appreciative of analysis. 

Please lend a hand!
