Perhaps I should re-phrase:  "Is there an obvious reason why 13.Be2 isn't a book move?

Compared to 9.Bc4 Bd7 10.o-o-o Ne5 11.Bb3 Rc8 12.h4 White has won a useful extra tempo.

9.000 Bd7 Yugoslav Dragon Question

Hi,
I've been playing the dragon for about 3 years and am rated about 1900 uscf.  After 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4 cd 4.Nd4 Nf6 5.Nc3 g6 6.Be3 Bg7 7.f3 Nc6 8.Qd2 00 9.000 Bd7 10.g4 Rc8 11.h4 Ne5 12.Kb1 b5 a position is reached that occured in Boleslavsky-Geller, 1953, and was discussed in WWTD2.  I was wondering how to answer 13.Be2, which one of my friends plays against me every time.  Is 13...Nc4 14.Bxc4 bc 15.h5 Qc7!?  the way, or 13...h5?  I'd love to hear from anyone (including the man himself, maybe during the monthly update at Chess Publishing .com!).  Thanks
