Yes, there is a better line for white.

After 10 ... e6 white may play 11.h4 Qc7 12.h5 Nxh5 13.g4 Nxd4 14.Bxd4 Bxd4 15.Rxd4 Qf4+ 16.Kb1 Qxf3 (Mainka - Bobras, Koszalin 1999) 17.Rg1! and white stands better (Small ECO, 2nd edition, 2003)

i remember one line in winning with the dragon said 
10 ... e6 g4 e5! as g4 is positionally weakening, but there probably are better tries to take advantage of e6.

The main line is

1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 Nf6 5.Nc3 g6 6.Be3 Bg7 7.f3 0-0 8.Qd2 Nc6 9.0-0-0 d5 10.Qe1 e5 11.Nxc6 bxc6 12.exd5 cxd5 13.Bg5 Be6 14.Bc4 Qc7 15.Bxf6 dxc4 16.Bxg7 Kxg7 =

Well traditionally 9.0-0-0 d5 10.exd5 Nxd5 12.Nxc6 bxc6 13.Bd4 had been the main line, but then a lot (?) of White players started experimenting with 10.Qe1 and 10.Kb1 (and we've looked at 10.h4 ).  I'm not sure which is generally considered strongest now.

i am very interesting in that line too. Is 9....d5. 10 nxd5 considered best or is it  10 qe1?

     Da Costa Junior's post of a "new main line" in the 9.000 d5 10.exd5 variation has gotten me interested in 9...d5 again.  (That along with a pessimistic attitude for the ninth move alternatives.)  So I'm trying to find solutions for the other variations that troubled me after 9.000.
     Has the best line for Black been established after 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 Nf6 5.Nc3 g6 6.Be3 Bg7 7.f3 Nc6 8.Qd2 0-0 9.0-0-0 d5 10.Qe1?
