September is a long time to wait ... and that's assuming that the publication isn't delayed.  Hey!  Maybe we can start a betting pool.  I predict it will be out just in time for Christmas.  Great stocking stuffer!  Wink

This is indeed good news.  I feel you could be right about 6 Be3 e5 beig recommended.

I am a big fan of Emms' book, but am an ...e5 player + I am writing a book about mainline Sicilians as white, so I am very interested from both sides of the board!

However there are also other critical lines, for instance 6 Be2 e5 7 Nb3 Be7 8 Be3 Be6 9 Nd5!?, which I will be interested in.

We can only hope the time passes quickly!

Hi everyone!

I have just seen that gambit is forecasting a book called "Mastering the Najdorf" written by Arizmendi and Moreno for September 2004!!!
It would be great if someone had an inkling of which lines thay would recommend for instance, e5 lines or e6 lines...I guess it xill be ...e5 lines since Emms has written one on the scheveningen recently.
Moreover, a book about the English attack is also forecasted for september, and is supposed to be 304 pages long!!!
