An aggressive main line Caro-Kann?

Essent 2004 saw Carlsen as White losing badly to this line: 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 dxe4 4.Nxe4 Bf5 5.Ng3 Bg6 6.h4 h6 7.Nf3 Nd7 8.h5 Bh7 9.Bd3 Bxd3 10.Qxd3 Ngf6 11.Bf4 e6 12.0-0-0 Nd5 13.Bd2 Nb4 14. Qb3

It looks like an interesting, even attacking  ??? Shocked,  try for Black. What do the Caro experts here think? Gallagher in his book says White can establish a slight edge with both 14. Qb3 and 14. Bxb4. But I doubt this, the first move received a drubbing in the carlsen game (see below), the second move gives up the bishop pair a bit too quickly.
