Golubev recommends the standard main line based around the game Rowson-Mah, Birmingham 1999.

However, now that Dearing's book is out, there's another source to check.  Will update soon!

What is Golubev`s recommendation against 9... d5 10. ed5 Nd5 11. Bd4 Nc3
The line given in "Easy Guide to the Dragon" is not very convincing.

I buy all my books from amazon. Strange that they don't even have the book in their base.

I received a copy of the book two days ago and I have to say that I like it very much. In his introduction to the dragon chapter Golubev states that black seems to have problems after 9.0-0-0 as well as after 9.Bc4. I used to play 9.Bc4, but after the recent NIC yearbook articles on the Chinese Dragon and the 11...Nxd4, 12...b5 line I think Golubev's article will make me switch to 9.0-0-0. So far, I was concerned with the position after 9...d5!, but Golubev's treatment of this line is really excellent and convinving.
Btw in the 9...Nxd4 even our discussion in this forum is mentioned Smiley
What I like most about not only the dragon article but about the book in general is that the authors seem to keep objectivity all the time. To my mind, the idea of letting the experts speak has fully payed off. So far I did not find a single low quality article.

Experts vs. The Sicilian - 9 0-0-0

Having posted a similar thread in The Open Sicilian thread, I felt it was only fair to post one here.

Having received my copy of Experts vs. The Sicilian, it turns out that Golubev is recommending 9 0-0-0.

The Chapter certainly looks to be one, if not the best in the book.  Has anyone else got a copy yet and if so what do they think?
