This looks like more than just a slight edge for white after 10.Be3 d6 11.O-O-O Be6 12.f3.  White has two bishops, a safe position, and long-term pressure on the d6 pawn.

Just a little more info I'm afraid, since on seeing your post I thought I'd seen id somewhere:

I am not sure about the name of this opening but I believe Ulf Anderson has played the following for Black :

I've seen the Recommendation in Experts v the Sicilian but has anyone got anymore exciting ideas !?
