6...Nf6 is probably best, which should transpose to the Sveshnikov with 7. N1c3 as 7. c4 a6 8. Na3 Qb6 gives black a better game.

Strange idea in the B32-Kalshnikov

Hi everyone,

faced a new (at least for me!) line in the Kalashnikov...!

After the well-known 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 e5 5.Nb5 d6
my opponent didn`t play 6.N1c3 or 6.c4...

but 6.Bg5, when the game went on with 6...Qxg5 7.Nc7+ Kd8 8.Nxa8 b6
9.h4 Qg6 10.Nc3 Bb7 11.h5 Qe6 12.Nxb6 axb6 13.Nd5 Nce7 14.c4 Nf6 15.Bd3 Nexd5

Are there "predecessors"?

Any comment is highly appreciated!
