I am not an expert on the accelerated, only using sometimes as a surprise variation.
But i got "Chess Openings for black,Explanied" by GM Alburt, GM Dzinzichavelli and IM Perelshtetyn.
The book recommends Accelerated Dragon and Nimzo-Bogo Indian as black.
They give this line against Bd4.

1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 g6 3. d4 cxd4 4. Nxd4 Bg7 5. Nc3
Nc6 6. Be3 Nf6 7. Nxc6 bxc6 8. e5 Ng8 9. Bd4 f6 10. f4 Qa5 11. Qe2 fxe5 12.
Bxe5 Nf6 13. O-O-O O-O * 

And f4 instead of Bd4 is not imprissing for white either.

I am new to this site but have played the Accelerated Dragon all my chess life ( 1959 - date) and I am still unsure about the lines involving : 1e4 c5 2.Nf3 g6 ( best in my opinion to avoid 3.Bb5 after 2...Nc6 ) 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 Bg7 5.Nc3 Nc6 6.Be3 Nf6 7.Nxc6 bxc6 8.e5 this is a very confrontational move !

As a junior player I always played 8....Ng8 and had very good results after 9.f4 Nh6, but I started to worry over 9.Bd4 which I feel is better than 9.f4 which blocks in his black-squared bishop. Why do this when 9.Bd4 is so strong ? I quickly decided that 8...Nd5 sacrificing a pawn was a better bet OTB, but it is still unclear whether Black has adequate compensation. But I still find myself playing 8...Nd5 almost instinctively, as I like to play with the initiative especially as it is not so easy for White  to play the 8...Nd5 lines in practice. I have to admit I have drawn a lot of games with this move so if you must win then I recommend 8...Ng8.

After looking at the posts on this line, I feel stimulated to look again at 9...Ng8 again to see where we are at even though I no longer consider the Accelerated Dragon my main defence against 1e4. It is a great opening and has served me well especially in blitz games, and I can't resist it at times.

I know this doesn't help much, but I have no hesitation in recommending positions which result after 9.f4 Nh6 !? and Black gets equality easily. This I am sure of !

I meant black to play e6 (not white) 13 Bc4 e6 instead of 13 Bc4 Bb7

I think black is fine. 10 Qf3 seems to be a novely. 13 e6 is perhaps stronger then Bb7 but blacks position is solid in any case.
