Yes, Experts vs Sicilian 2nd edition is a complete repertoire for White in the Open Sicilian.

The difference is new updates but if you want a good book in the Sicilian main lines you have the recent: Experts vs the Sicilian 2nd edition by Aagaard & Shaw

What is the difference between Beating the Sicilian 1 2 and 3, I want to switch to e4 (from Nf3, I realized that I suck at positional chess, but am good at tactics).
