The solid 2600 plus GM Alexey Dreev, mainly regarded as a Caro-Kann and French player, has been playing the Classical Sicilian recently and answering the Richter-Rauser 6 Bg5 with ...Bd7 with very reasonable results (56%).
Perhaps we spoke too soon: Dreev just got badly mauled in this line:
