In S.O.S. 3 there is also an article about that system. Myself don't know more about it.

In the last issue of New in Chess' Yearbook (83), there is an interesting article about h4 as white fourth move against the Grünfeld.
Has soemone ever tried it? What is your meaning about this?
  
Yusupov once said that “The problem with the Dutch Defence is that later in many positions the best move would be ...f5-f7” but he is surely wrong.
