The first two things I would think of are Lasha Janjgava's book on the Fianchetto KID and Gruenfeld, and a part of Vlastimil Jansa's "Dynamics of Chess Strategy."  Mind you, those books are a few years old, and I'm not familiar with what might be in Gruenfeld-specific books.
