I assume you mean 5...d6.

White can deviate with 3.c3 or 3.c4 (for example) to avoid the transposition.

You are right! I now know why I never play 1.e4 Embarrassed
  
Yusupov once said that “The problem with the Dutch Defence is that later in many positions the best move would be ...f5-f7” but he is surely wrong.

I wonder why on Earth Stefansson didn't play the natural 6. e5.  For instance if 6...Ng8 7. f4 d6, we have a Levenfish attack where after 6...Bg7 7. e5 Black, instead of the usually recognized as best 7...Nh5, has played the stunning novelty 7...Ng8. 

Or if 6. e5 Ng8 7. f4 Nc6, it's like an Accelerated Dragon where White hasn't had to make the concession Nxc6 in order to get in e5.

What do You think about line :
1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 g6 3.d4 cd4 4. Nxd4 Nf6(!?) 5.Nc3 Bg7
Is this good for black? How white can fight for advantage ?

Even GM had a problem with this line :
