If you want a quick overview of it, here's some old analysis by Silman. http://www.jeremysilman.com/chess_opng_anlys/072003_alekhine_def_4_pawn.html Probably very rough analysis though.

oh....I found it on my Starting out:alekhine defence@@
I supposed they don't have inside.

there has one game talks about 5...g5, another about 6...c5
With long explanation....

But I believe 5...g5 is worth trying anyway@@, since the statistics score is higher than I expect a little bit.
Both on my computer and the book Smiley

I would not go anywhere near it. Call me prejudiced, but it smells like rotten fish to me.

Why 5...g5 is unsound?

Also can I ask what theory is behind 6...c5?

You need to get yourself a book.  Cox's is a very good introduction.  There is a big theory to 6...c5.  Also after 6...Nc6 7.Be3, of course 7...Bf5, not your 7...e6? is played.  With respect, this board is not a place for beginners.

Can you give some variations after 10...Bb4?

Indeed.  10...Bb4 and Black is fine.

Oh, and g5 is totally unsound.

Anyway, one of the reasons people play c5 is to avoid a long theoretical battle.

Except that it's highly theoretical, of course.  It's just that the theory isn't as well known.

this variation called the four pawn attack~

Well~you said recently you play with opponent use this kind of move order...
m....

1.e4 Nf6 2.e5 Nd5 3.c4 Nb6 4.d4 d6 5.f4 dxe5 6.fxe5
I believe in here you should play 6...Nc6 instead.  If 7.Nf3, then 7...e6 prevent the pawn advance.
This is my own line of choosing in Alekhine's Defence.  I usually go for fianchetto.

1.e4 Nf6 2.e5 Nd5 3.c4 Nb6 4.d4 d6 5.f4 dxe5 6.fxe5 c5 7.d5 e6 8.Nc3 exd5 9.cxd5 c4?
Well I believe 9..c4 is a mistake because it has nothing to do with development.  And most importantly I don't trust this line.  After 9..c4? black's piece development is restricted by two white's central pawn.  And white has spacial advantage for development much for easier than black.

I suggest....If you want to play aggressive, then:
1.e4 Nf6 2.e5 Nd5 3.c4 Nb6 4.d4 d6 5.f4 g5!?
this line I found it in wikipedia.org
it's interesting which can destroy the white's central pawn structure immediately, but it definitely weakens black's kingside structure.

I hope I can look at some of your game, maybe I can find a better line for you.
For all I list above, it's just my opinion.  I am not a strong player and please regard as suggestion:)

In the first line, 7...e6 is too cramping; 7...Bg4 should be good.  White normally plays 7. Be3 there.

In the second line, 9...c4 is preparing to develop with ...Bb4 (to put pressure on White's center) or ...Bc5 (hindering castling); it's also trying to "cramp" White's light-squared bishop.  (One point is that 10. Bxc4 is out of the question due to 10...Qh4+.)

Ive benn playing the alekhine for about one year with quite good results.
Recentrly all my rivals play this continuation...
1.e4 Nf6 2.e5 Nd5 3.c4 Nb6 4.d4 d6 5.f4 dxe5 6.fxe5 c5 7.d5 e6 8.Nc3 exd5 9.cxd5 c4 10.Be3 (here i always expected Nf3) I couldnt find any games with good player in this continuation and i was studing it with my computer but the programs say that white is almost won in every variation. What do you think?
Thanks
