I didn't answer in the first place, because I think 5.Nb5 is unmistakably the best move and even offers White good winning chances.

Bb4 after white plays Nc3 leads black to something close to equality.  White can maintain a very small advantage with correct play, but not enough to generate true "winning chances" without some help from black.

5. Nf3  Nc6
6. Nc3  Bb4

Black castles, exchanges on c3, plays the Knight to e4 as in Sokolowski-Blokh 1991.

I know I've made some very poor decisions recently, but I can give you my complete assurance that my work will be back to normal. I've still got the greatest enthusiasm and confidence in the mission.

Yusupov once said that “The problem with the Dutch Defence is that later in many positions the best move would be ...f5-f7” but he is surely wrong.

What would you play in the Kasparov gambit if White puts his knight back on f3 instead of going to b5 (1.d4-Nf6 2.c4-c5 3.Nf3-cd4 4.Nd4-e5 5.Nf3).
Up to the statistics at chessgames.com, white is not doing so bad after 5...-Nc6 (or Bc5) 6.Nc3 and does not seem to have so much fun as he could have hoped.  Huh
