It is clear is not an 1.e4 e5
The lines with ... f5 are good for black but very, very trappy for a guy who don't now this gambit, I have win with white perhaps at 80/90%

I don´t know if this is a Scandinavian or a Reti but for sure not 1.e4 e5 !?
Supposely we discussed this as "declined" Scandinavian in the 1.e4 ... forum.

Btw, after 1.e4 d5 2.Nf3? dxe4 Black has several answers where White is fighting
for equality but strongest is 3...Bf5! with advantage for Black.
For example 4.Nc3 Nf6 5.Bc4 e6 6.f3 and now 6...Bc5 or 6...Qd4
or 6...exf3 7.Qxf3 Qc8! (8.Nxf7 Bg4!)
Of course White has many ways to deviate
(with insufficient compensation for the pawn)

Well, with the Tennison the most sensible defensive plans will suffice to get out of the opening alives as Black, but at least as White you will enjoy a liile bit !?.

ECO and other sources give 3..e5 4.Nxe4 f5 as most incisive choice ( 5.Ng3 Bc5! ), so I suggest 5.Nbc3!? at once played by myself in a game.

Of course 3..Nf6 is the most obvious move 4. Nc3 Bf5 5.Bc4 e6 is well-known. The equality is total.

It's a Tennisson Gambit, very interesting and vicious
3... e5 is perhaps the better way for Black
I have played more than 100 games in rapid play with many wins
My database is around 1050 games (all variations)
Good spanish player Alejandro Melchior plays it any years ago
