I have now passed 1500 dragons and celebreated that by updating my website. http://hem.passagen.se/tbragesjo

Looking at old games, I would have played complety different moves today, not only in the opening. I also treat the Dragon more positional today than before and I may have to do with that my style has switched from agreesive tatical style to positional attacker.

I should realy switch opening now but lack of time and difficulty to find an opening that I understand as well as dragon structures. But as my oldest know ancester was a swedish Dragoneer in the 30 year war I should perhaps not abandon Dragon after all. Maybee look at Dragondorf when I get some spare time.

Now when I do not have my universety studies to think of, I have played about 100 additional Dragon games. And I tend to face new variations very often so it is not to boring.

At my current job as programmer I work from distance and sends files and while I wait for comments I played a game or two.

It takes about 10 anti sicilians per Dragon game some days and some days you only face open sicilians and seem days only anti.

And of course players also play 1 d4, 1 c4, 1 f4 etc.

Also, Dragon is not very suited to low time control games. I tend to lose many games on time in winning positions like

It would be interesting to hear how many anti-sicilians you've got along with the 1100 dragons? I mean learning such a complex opening as the Dragon only to face 90 % anti-sicilians looks to me as a gross waste of time and effort.

Well the oldest game in the base is dated 2001 but I have played it at local club some years more but only faced it at blitz games. But the game flow realy increased since 2005 when I got broadband.

Too much sparetime and nothing to do and suddenly the base grows Smiley

I also play Caro-Kann sometimes but only when I make a mouseslip in the opening Smiley

My trainer also thinks that I should try other openings but right now I am busy in switching from Dutch to Semi Slav.

Thanks. I have difficulting in selecting games but here are some games from my career. I have played mixed systems agianst Bc4 Yugoslav and some Rc8 could have been Chinese but these days I am hoping to meet Profylatic system to try some new ideas for black. Also, I have palyed at different sites and these days I play as guest at playchess.

Game 1, against a good friend at local club. He only plays Morra these days.

1100 dragon games - impressive.
How about showing your personnel Top 10 dragon games?

The older, the better - over 2200 and still rising.

Reached 1100 Dragons

Today I have reached my 1100 dragon game in my personal dragon base with my own dragon games!

99% of the games are internet games and I think that I have meet most systems, both theoretical and untheroetical. I have played some more games, unrecored blitz games at local club, some games before I knew how to download games from a site that I dont play at any longer and one long game where I cant read my own handwriting.

I was luckly enough to win the 1100 game, mayed a huge blunder but got away with it Smiley
