After 8.h3 blacks main answers are 8...Bb7 and 8...d6 - if Black really plays 8...h6 (for what reason ever  Huh) 9.c3 Na5 then White may seriously consider taking the e-pawn (you did not play d6 to protect it) with 10.Ne5
