Hi guys, a question: what do you think is the best engine to analyze? My pc is a quad core. Most people said rybka or zappa but they weren't really experts.

Thx!

The best is to run multiple engines on your systems and then figure out which one does what.  Despite ones best efforts otherwise, human intuition and experience will still prove to be a neccessary component in the equation.

Let Hiarcs battle it out v Rybka and still one will lose to lower rated players and not know why.    Grin

I know I've made some very poor decisions recently, but I can give you my complete assurance that my work will be back to normal. I've still got the greatest enthusiasm and confidence in the mission.

I would say it depends on your style. While rybka is the strongest engine around, for us mortals it doesn't matter if someone analyzing for us has 3200 or 3100 Wink
