I want ask for another variant for black
1.d4 Nf6 2.e3 there plan for white is d4,e3,f4,Bd3,Nf3 and looks like good for white. How need black play if they want get not bad position?

You mean aside from simply 2...d5, when white is already committed to 2.e3, which doesn't necessarily make that much sense? Or 2...g6 if you are more a KID person?

I guess from your previous post in the topic you are thinking of 2...e6 and what to do then? Well, honestly 2...e6 doesn't really make that much sense here, does it?

Sorry I took so long to post back here!

The position after 13.Nc3 can also arise via. 12.Nc3 Bf6 13.Re1 and is covered by Tiviakov in his Yearbook survey. He recommends that Black follow the game Romanishin-Epishin, Belgrade 1988: 13...Bc8(!) 14.Qf3 (14.g4 Bf5 15.gf5 d4 16.Ne2 is unclear) 14...Be6 15.g4 Nd7 with a sharp, unclear position.

White also has many other possibilities, such as 13.Bf4, 13.Qg4 and 13.cd5.

Tiviakov concludes that "Black is doing OK as long as he knows the theory".

What does author X say about this move? Why doesn't author Y mention that move?

For plenty of coverage of this variation, see Tiviakov's survey on this, the Polugaevsky Gambit, Yearbook 87.

I will post with more details on this survey when I have more time.
