can you please tell me which lines Dembo recommends for Gruenfeld players against 1.Nf3, 1.c4 and 1.d4 Nf6 2.Nf3 g6 3.g3 (really the c6-line?)?
If there is something good, it would be a reason for me to buy the book, as I don't play the KID!

Against BDG recommends 1.d4 Nf6 2. Nc3 d5 3.e4 Nxp which looks very sensible.
Against London system line with c5 and early Qb6 that hadn't seen before.
g3 systems without c4, lines based around e5. (Also for grunfeld players symmetrical line with d5,c6 consistent with Grunfeld book).
Against 1Nf3 and english extension of line with Nf6, e5 and h6 that was in beating Flank openings. Also line with Nf6,e5 and a6 for players that play Nc6 and a6 against g3 KID.
                       In general there are lines for grunfeld players consistent with Grunfeld book, which haven't looked at so much.
The KID lines which where in Gallagher's book, i.e exchange, be2,Bg5 etc are not in this book. The above is not complete list, only those I can remember.
