I hesitated for a long time to post in this thread (don't feed the trolls).
Some two weeks ago I thought he had changed his ways:
asking a serious question in this section (on the worral-attack).
It seems that he was surprised by getting a serious answer, as he
didnt follow up his post.
But finally reading his new thread I must say that I second the idea of banning his IP altogether.
Enough is enough.

True, but it is still very easy to do, based on the subnet mask that the hardware uses. Then again, people can then use proxies to get past that level of banning.  Then there is another security level for that type of breach.  But then people can go to public areas and post from library computers.  For this there are several excellent analysing programs that detects users even across these gulfs. based on posting frequencies, tendenceis, and now even rhetoric choices.

How much $$$ you got for security?  hehe....

In the end what eventually works best is the fool gets tired of his foolery and goes elsewhere

Problem is that there should be no MNb's or Fluffy's either then. Tell me, how are you sure that I am who I claim I am? And are you interested? If you had not told us your real name I never would have guessed. In fact, only when you began to write books it became important to me.
So the next step will be: registration will only be granted after sending a copy of our passport to Tony.
In favour of Anon. I must say he immediately made clear what his new pseudonym was. He could have chosen an entirely different one, which is the reason I am not so fond of banning.
Frankly I think censoring is more effective. Alas Alumbrado seems to be even more liberal than me, so my hope that this thread will be deleted - the best course of action - is almost zero. Maybe Anon himself wants to prove his good will!?

The problem with this is, people never do ignore him entirely. Sure most people do, but there are always one or two who rise to the bait.
