That might be the case indeed, as this one used to be the normal move order before the Richter-Rauser became popular. That's all many, many decades ago.

I think that they mean Yugoslav Dragon lines that are little explored. Chinese Dragon and Carlsens a6 are such a lines. They are sharp and still under development.

I've noticed TWIC consistently employ the term "Modern Dragon" when indicating recent top GM games which employed a Yugoslav attack (including a Chinese Dragon - Radjabov). Is this to distinguish it from a "classical Dragon" (i.e. with Be2 and 0-0)? Surely the more commonly used or understood distinctions would be between a "Classical Dragon" and a "Yugoslav", or even "Rauzer", and then a division of the Yugoslav between Soltis and others (such as 9.0-0-0)? Dunno, just curious.
