Albin counter gambit.

Hi everyone,

I am looking for info regarding the not new but fabulous line played by Morozevich (for example), with some success. It goes :

1.d4 d5
2.c4 e5
3.dxe5 d4
4.Nf3 Nc6
5.g3 Nge7

Hopefully, you will recognize the point of the move. After :

6.Bg2 Ng6
7.Bg5 Qd7

We have a ferocious middlegame coming. I wonder, being a sub-line, the albin-counter gambit should not give that much play.. So, my questions are : '' Is it the reason why 5.Nbd2 is preferred ?'' '' If I am instead missing a clear edge, in the 5.g3 line, where is it ? ''

     Sincerely,

Star1
