You might turn your attention to 12...Ng4, which (a) has a critical look to it; (b) was played by Greek GM Hristos Banikas and (c) seems to score quite heavily.

In the Accel Dragon recently a player played the Be3, f3, Qd2 system to which I played 8..d5.
After 9.0-0-0 dxe5; 10.Nxc6 Qxd2; 11.Bxd2 bxc6; 12.fxe4 I followed with 12..Bg4.
I found the Bishop a bit in the way on g4 and later regretted it. I played back to Be6 a little later - though having forced Re1.
Are there any improvements along this line or should I be playing 9....Nxd4 - though the majority do seem to play 9...dxe4.
