	You left out the QID setup, which I guess is what most of the "other" votes go for. I voted for it, although when I think about it, I may prefer the KID/Modern if I know my opponent will play the London. The problem is, White might play 3.c4.

	I prefer a Grundfeld setup + ...c5, ...b6, ...Nc6, ...Bb7, ...Nd7 and that's the point : ...e5

	My favourite antidote to the London System: 1.d4 h6 2.Nf3 g5... Excluding options that win the f4-bishop, I would say 1...d6 2.Nf3 g6 3.Bf4 Bg7 4.e3 Nd7 when a rapid ...e5 and possibly even ...f5 will give Black a pleasant game.
