What's the current status of 3...e5 in this line? Particularly this variation: 1.d4 d5 2.c4 dc 3.e4 e5 4.Nf3 ed 5.Bc4 Bb4 6.Nbd2 Nc6 7.0-0 Nf6 8.e5 Nd5 9.Nb3 Nb6 and now:

a) 10.Bb5 (an irritating move for Black) 10..Qd5 11.Bc6 Bc6 12.Bg5 (! Semkov) - any recent developments? Has the great Rublevsky shared his wisdom with us?

b) 10.Bg5 (not so critical in my view) 10...Be7 11.Be7 Qe7
12.Bb5 Bd7 13.Bc6 Bc6 14.Nfd4 Bd5 15.Qg4 0-0 - has anyone tried Semkov's analysis 16.f4 g6 17.Nf5 Qd7 18.Ne3
(Onischuk - Dominguez 2007) and now 18...Bb3 (!?) 19.Qd7 Nd7 20.ab Nc5 21.Rac1 Ne6 22.Nd5 c6 23.Nf6 Kg7 24.g4 Nd4
"enough counterplay" (Semkov) - Black can only play for a draw, but (practically) this looks a little difficult.

In other words, is 3..e5 still in crisis? The other replies are riskier, W gets a big centre for nothing much.
